Tested the EU Crispi FN101 borrowed from their mum: the easiest air fryer to clean and very easy to use, but weak, needing 5-8 extra minutes and never crisping frozen wedges well.

Their Ninja Crispi Portable FN101 is definitely less powerful than a regular air fryer.

Stopped using their bigger, more powerful Ninja after buying the portable Crispi from Costco because it's so easy to clean, and it's better for veggies since they can watch them.

Has the Ninja Crispi 4-in-1 and finds it great: it cooks evenly and quickly, and they swapped in stainless racks.

Lives alone and uses the portable Ninja Crispi every day; the glass bowls are easy to clean, though it doesn't bake well.

Uses the Ninja Crispi with its heating element in the head unit; the glass dish, crisping tray and lid all go in the dishwasher, the head unit grill stays free of grease when wiped after each use, and nothing holds food smells the way their first air fryer did.

“all the parts the food goes in (glass dish, crisping tray, and lid) can go in the dishwasher or can be hand washed in the sink. I wipe down the head unit grill each time I use mine”

Bought the Ninja Crispi, found the lid not heavy at all, and liked it so much they bought a second one so meat and meat-free food can cook separately; after trying many air fryers it is the easiest to clean by far.

“So I bought a second one - I have never done this with an air fryer but I've tried so many I can't count, and it's the easiest to clean by far.”

Has the standard Crispi: the settings only offer temperature ranges rather than an exact temperature, and the lower settings are plain heat without convection, which makes some recipes guesswork; they would have chosen the Pro.

“I have the crispi standard and while the settings have temperature ranges, you can’t choose the exact tem, and the lower temps are just heat, not convection. This makes some recipes a guessing game.”
