Hit the same faulty display issue on their Double Stack XL and it stopped working.
Brand new Double Stack XL display froze at all zeros after the second use, then fixed itself for no clear reason.
Likes it overall but fries take 30 minutes or more instead of 20 and come out unevenly cooked despite shaking.
After a month the bottom basket measured about 50 degrees cooler than the top; the warranty replacement housing had the same problem.
