6.6 L Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer

Upgraded from a 5 qt tilt-head to the KSM70 for large-batch baking and calls it a very good decision.

Has used KitchenAids since the 1990s, a Professional 6 since the early 2000s and a 7 quart since 2023, and says they have all been workhorses.

Replaced a tilt-head whose motor they blew out with a KSM70 and loves it: used two or three times a week from egg whites to heavy bread dough, it stays put and kneads serenely instead of juddering across the counter, and they like the half speed and soft start.
