Used the posted method for sourdough loaves in their Combi and it worked great, though the tops started to burn at 15 minutes so they'll lower the temperature.
Finds the Ninja Combi great, a dream if you don't need pressure cooking, but useless as a pressure cooker replacement because it can't pressure cook.
Uses their Ninja Combi for meal prep: rice, broth and frozen vegetables in the bottom pan and chicken thighs on top, all cooked well in about 20 minutes.
Finds the Ninja Combi oven awesome for cooking rice or noodles, meat and veg at the same time.
Owns and loves the Combi; because it cooks with steam it stays much cleaner than the regular air fryer they had before, the inside wipes clean fast and only the pans need a deep clean. Keep it where its steam can't damage cabinets.
Bought the Combi for their RV and finds it great for full meals with minimal prep, though not the best-tasting: rice never comes out perfect and without a temperature probe meat is hard to time.
Bought the Combi a few weeks ago after four Foodis broke down over five or six years; doesn't regret it, finds the steam feature useful, is more satisfied than with the Foodi and doesn't miss pressure cooking.
Their Ninja Combi SFP700 stopped working after about two and a half years, and the replacement part would cost $140.
Their Combi stopped powering on after a couple of months; Ninja support couldn't fix it by troubleshooting and is sending a new unit.
Has used the Combi every single day for more than a year and calls it the best thing they have owned: full meals in 15 minutes, with a bit of a learning curve on the settings and the two pans.
“I have the Combi I use it every single day it’s the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. Full blow meals in 15 minutes.”
