Has had the Foodi 10-in-1 XL Pro Air Fry Oven for years and calls it trash as an air fryer: steaks, fries and roasts come out far worse than in their old $40 basket air fryer, though it bakes fine.

Got the XL Pro oven free and loves it for baking, toasting, bacon, chicken and cookies, though it doesn't air fry that well and is impossible to clean.
Deeply regrets buying the XL Pro oven: impossible to clean, bakes unevenly and can't air fry anything, and customer service was worse.
Can't properly clean their XL Pro oven: the area around the fan and the side rack tracks are inaccessible, and a whole chicken takes forever and cooks unevenly.
Their XL Pro oven worked for only about a year.
Their XL Pro oven broke after 14 months and Ninja customer service wouldn't help; $250 wasted.
Returned it to Costco after three days: it took twice as long as their Cuisinart to air fry bacon, sounded like a jet taking off and smoked badly.
Has had it three months, paid $269 and hates everything about it; the interior light already stopped working.
Their first XL Pro oven blew its bulb and Ninja replaced the whole oven; the old one now shows an error code, and they find it uncleanable.
Upgraded from a plastic basket air fryer to the Costco Ninja Foodi Pro air fry oven and regrets it: it gives off a lot of smoke and heat that damaged their countertop, and fries far worse.
Would love it if they could clean it: degreasers aren't allowed and the pans can't go in the dishwasher, so it's awful once dirty.
Their Ninja Foodi XL Pro air oven, their only oven, stopped working before Thanksgiving: it still toasts and broils but every other mode blows cold air.
Their gifted DT201C made a bad first impression: the elements never glow red and it can't get above about 375F ambient.
