Their A3500 has never had problems, though they never saw the point of Self-Detect.
Happy with their Vitamix A3500 after a year of daily frozen-fruit smoothies, which come out very smooth, unlike their Nutribullet and a Ninja that burned out in under a year.
Their A3500 blends fresh and frozen ingredients really well, almost too well if left too long; never had the jar lift with the tamper.
After just under four years their European Ascent 3500i began giving off a very strong burning smell; it still runs but they stopped using it and are waiting on a slow warranty claim.
Their Vitamix A3500 works superbly and is a workhorse; they only wanted something smaller for daily smoothies.
Has an A3500 and believes it is the best thing money can buy; it made smoothies, sauces and hummus staples in their diet.
Has had their Ascent A3500 since the year it was released in 2017, about nine years, alongside older Vitamixes that still work.
Very happy with their A3500, especially paired with the 48 oz stainless steel container they have used for over four years.
Their A3500 with the stainless container is solid, though next time they'd prefer a model without a touch screen.
