Gets stuck on essentially every smoothie in the sound-enclosure Professional 800: has to lift the enclosure, shake the jar or add liquid and restart several times, which is annoying for an $800 machine. Would tell others not to buy this model.

Bought the Professional model with the sound enclosure because they needed a powerful blender that is also quiet and says it delivers: only a low growl, quieter still with the enclosure lid pressed down. Pitcher and lid go in the dishwasher; makes crepe batter and smoothies almost daily.
