Their DT200 still works fine but its oven light stopped turning on.
Their Foodi DT200 suddenly stopped working, showing only an E01 call customer service error when the door is partly open.
Very happy with their DT200EU multi cooker, but its sides get extremely hot, seemingly as hot as the inside, as if there's no insulation.
Has the same DT200 with the same issue: the sides stay very hot after use and things left on top have caught fire.
Bought the DT200 today and has the same issue: the accessible sides and top get dangerously hot, close to 200 degrees.
Has used their original DT200 all the time for five or six years and it is now showing its age; the control labels wore off within a week.
