The steam release valve on their 8 qt Pro Crisp came loose and was lost, and Instant Pot said it wasn't covered and had no part.

Their new 8 qt Pro Crisp burns brown rice onto the bottom just like their old Instant Pot.
Has the Pro that air fries and pressure cooks; they air fry almost every day, so it stays on the counter.
Their 8 qt Pro Crisp air fries well but is harder than a drawer air fryer and burned their forearms, so they also bought a Cosori TurboBlaze.
Uses their 8 qt Pro Crisp a lot for rice, roasts and stews; the air fryer is fine but a pain to load with no window.
Their Pro Crisp pressure cooks just as well as their previous pot, and the air fryer lid alone is worth it for reheating and one-person meals.
Has the 8 qt Pro Crisp and air fries with it all the time; pressure cooking works as well as their 6 qt Pro.
Their 8 qt Pro Crisp is their only cooking device, but sautéed food, especially breaded items and pancakes, often sticks.
Uses the Pro Crisp 8 L for sushi rice that comes out perfect every time, all kinds of meat, yogurt, eggs and vegetables, plus the air fryer function.
Owns the 8 qt Pro Crisp and finds it large; the air fryer function works well and doubles as a small oven, though heat is very uneven, and few dishes really combine pressure cooking with air frying.
“If you didn't have an air fryer, my opinion would be mixed. The air frying function for the Crisp works well, and can also function as a small oven for small-scale baking, though heat distribution is very uneven”
