Their Instant Pot Pro Max Wi-Fi wouldn't depressurize 30 minutes after it should have quick-released, with no manual release to fall back on.
Uses their Instant Pot Pro Max's keep warm and yogurt settings successfully for cultured cream.
Splurged on the Pro Max 6 qt and it did not disappoint; highly recommends it.
Has a Pro Max from 2024 alongside a 2019 Duo Evo Plus that still works fine; the Pro Max is essentially the same cooker with different controls.
