Their PossibleCooker PRO 8.5 qt never made food tender on the low slow-cook setting (a roast still stiff after 8 hours), so they returned it under warranty.
Their new Foodi PossibleCooker Pro from Costco cooked a 5 lb brisket far too fast on slow cook low, reaching 190 degrees in about 5.5 hours, and it came out less tender than they expected.
