Their new Artisan Plus in steel blue has an attachment knob that stays loose even after tightening, and it shook with the double scraper beater.
Their new Artisan Plus tilt-head handles 1 kg of flour's worth of sourdough (about 1.8 kg of dough, two loaves) just fine.
