Pot Rio Wide

Has the same Rio Wide and loves it better than the deeper ones, using it all the time, even for a frozen 3 lb chuck roast.

Cooks for two but batch-cooks and freezes, and their Rio Wide 7.5 qt handles soup, chili, sauce, pulled pork, birria and cheesecake; they recommend the larger size if you have the counter space.

Upgraded from a 13-year-old 6 qt to the 7.5 qt Rio Wide; it seems to work but steam escapes around the lid, which never happened with their old one.

Loves their 7.5 quart Rio Wide but warns it takes a lot of counter space.
